DIO: new menu

Nestled in the heart of the neighborhood, Dio seamlessly transforms from a daytime artisanal coffee haven to a lavish cocktail destination by night. Paying homage to the god of the kitchen with their latest creative cocktail menu, "Chou Son." This innovative menu transports guests on a journey through the flavors of old Hong Kong, using often overlooked Cantonese ingredients. From tangy to sour, fizzy to salty, each cocktail captures the essence of a Hong Kong kitchen. Our favourites include the Keung Sour, inspired by the ginger vinegar pork leg dish with Guangdong sweet vinegar, as well as the fiery Chiu Chow cocktail, infused with the heat of chili oil.
