FAQ
Notice to Ticket Buyers
- The Pre-sale period is from 12:00pm, 06 July 2023, and will be closed at 3:00pm, 28 July 2023 or when all tickets are sold (whichever date is earlier). When the public sales period starts, the official ticketing agent, Lankwaifong.com. and/or the event organizer, 6DX Production Limited (the “Organizer”) reserves the right to assign a queue number on a random basis to any buyer waiting to enter the ticket sale website at that time. Any buyers thereafter will be assigned a queue number sequentially.
- Real-name registration is needed when buying each ticket. The name of each ticket holder must be the same as the ID card or travel document. An administration fee of HK$100 will be charged for changing the name of each ticket after purchase; Each ticket can only have the name changed once. Every change requires 2-3 working days to process.
- A maximum of 5 tickets may be bought per transaction.
- The ticket sales are arranged by Lankwaifong.com. No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed once a ticket is sold.
- No ticket scalping is allowed. The Organizer reserves the right to void any ticket sold if it has been used, resold, shared or used for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
- All tickets must be bought from the official ticketing agents, including Lankwaifong.com. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept any tickets that are not bought from the official ticketing agent Lankwaifong.com. Tickets bought from unofficial platform(s) or any unofficial third party may be cancelled without any refund or compensation.
- Please ensure that the email addresses are correct. No change of email address is allowed after the ticket is bought.
- In case of performance cancellation, postponement or capacity being reduced, the Organizer reserves the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the performance. The decision to refund any amount is at the Organizer's sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, a refund will only be issued in respect of the price of the tickets purchased, which shall not include any customer service fees charged.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the event program without prior notice, including but not limited to the artist, performance time or performance content, etc. Any such modification will not constitute any reason for ticket refund or conversion.
- All tickets are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions of the event and the venue.
- The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of the Organizer and the official ticketing agents, as amended from time to time without notice, and the use of a ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
- The event is only suitable for people aged 18 or above, and the Organizer and/or Venue Manager reserves the right to require ticket holders to present proof of age such as an identity card or other identification documents.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
General Admission Terms and Conditions
- Each ticket entitles admission for one person. A valid ticket must be presented for admission.
- To enter the event, the ticket must be used to redeem the entry wristband at the entrance of the event venue. Attendees are not allowed to redeem any entry wristband on behalf of others in any case. The entry wristband shall be put on by the Organizer's staff at the entrance.
- The Organizer will not replace any entry wristbands that are lost, stolen, damaged or used after they have been redeemed.
- The entry wristband is only used for entry on the day of the event, and anyone who buys a two-day pass must redeem a new wristband at the venue entrance every day for admission.
- Each ticket can only be used once to redeem an entry wristband and the QR code will expire and cannot be reused once used.
- Ticket holders must enter the venue through the designated entrances, follow all relevant security and safety check procedures, and present valid tickets and/or wristband. This also applies to re-entry of all ticket holders.
- Tickets are valid only for the specified dates and timeslots.
- Entry may be refused if the ticket or wristband is damaged, defaced, or mutilated.
- Any ticket holders must enter the venue at or before the latest opening time of the event, i.e., 10:00pm. This also applies to re-entry of all ticket holders.
- Wristbands of different colors are for entry to designated areas of the event. No person is allowed to trespass into other areas not appointed for their wristband unless allowed by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to expel anyone from the event who violates these rules without any refund.
- Drinking water is provided at the venue. Attendees are allowed to bring empty water bottles (except any made of glass) into the venue. Any outside food and drinks is forbidden.
- Attendees may use the storage service provided by the Organizer. However, the Organizer shall not be responsible, financially, or otherwise, for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged, or misplaced anywhere on site or during the event, regardless of fault or reason. Attendees should always keep their valuable belongings with you.
- It is forbidden to bring any large objects into the wet area of the main stage.
- Parking areas are not available at the venue.
- Strictly forbidden: Anyone who is found to be in possession of any prohibited items or carrying out prohibited activities or who does not follow the house rules of the venue will be expelled from and/or refused entry to the event.
Items prohibited in the venue include (but are not limited to):
- Dangerous or hazardous materials (e.g., fireworks, smoke or gas canisters, explosives)
- Weapons of any kind
- Any illegal drugs or substances
- Any glassware
- Any cleaning products that can produce foam
- Any unauthorized water gun or any other liquid jet spraying apparatus
- Any pets or animals, except approved service animals (e.g., guide dogs)
- Amplifiers
- Umbrellas
- Items that are harmful, confusing, objectionable or obstructive to the activity (e.g., selfie sticks, stools, foldable seats etc.)
- Any unlicensed flag, banner, emblem or wording
Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
- Using remote-controlled flying apparatus
- Photography, videotaping or recording with large size apparatus or equipment, regardless of the usage or purpose
- Unauthorized photography, videotaping or recording of any kind except for personal use
- Selling goods or services, or the display of goods or services for sale at the entrance or in the venue
- Distribution of unauthorized printed or recorded materials
- Unauthorized events or display of any flag, banner, sign or wordings, or incitement of the crowd, and other unauthorized public gatherings
- Throwing or using any objects in the venue to cause danger, unnecessary obstruction or interference with the program, foul language or disorderly conduct
- Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the venue or any associated facility
- Activities which cause obstruction or disturbance to other audience members
- Note: The Organizer has the discretion and final determination on what constitutes a prohibited item or activity.
- It is illegal to carry or consume drugs both inside and outside the venue, and the Organizer will not tolerate any illegal drug use, possession or trading. If a suspected case is found, the suspect will be banned from entering or directly expelled from the venue, and the Organizer will immediately report the suspect to the police.
- Please consume alcohol responsibly.
- Please keep the venue clean. Do not litter or spit.
- The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for the messages displayed or communicated by any third party during the Event.
- The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to require anyone to leave the venue if he/she do not abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- All participants must follow the government’s latest anti-epidemic measures and the venue’s house rules during admission and the show. Anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering or expelled, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded.
- The Organizer, its service providers or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including yourself) or property however caused (including by the Organizers or its service providers or agents) at the event.
- The Organizer shall not have any liability for any losses incurred in connection with the event, including any potential changes or cancellation of the event, and including but not limited to the costs associated with personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements.
- The Organizer reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong law.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail
