Ladies and gentlemen, mark your calendars for 19 July 2024 because legendary, Grammy-winning grime MC Flowdan will be in town to perform at Yalla, California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong.
Umami X Mixmag Asia Presents: Flowdan 
The UK underground music scene is set to collide with Hong Kong nightlife and ignite with a live event that brings together some of the most influential and boundary-pushing artists in the game. MC Flowdan is set to take the stage, delivering his raw, uncompromising sound to a crowd hungry for the pulsing, bass-heavy energy of UK grime.
Flowdan will be joined by a stacked lineup of Hong Kong's DJs, including maestros Hocknell, Gargoyle Girlfriend, and Mengzy. Together, this powerhouse ensemble promises to take attendees on a face-melting journey through the hard-hitting worlds of grime, UK bassline, and beyond.
About Flowdan
Born Cassady Mensah in the East End of London, Flowdan emerged as a pivotal figure in the UK grime music scene during its formative years in the early 2000s. Flowdan shot to worldwide acclaim after a collab with Skrillex and Fred again for the absolute banger of a track 'Rumble'. Known for his powerful vocals and explosive energy, Flowdan can also be heard on crowd favourite 'Baddadan' featuring Chase & Status.
The Venue
Hosted at Yalla on the 8th Floor of Lan Kwai Fong's iconic California Tower, the event promises to be a night for the books. Featuring several acts from 22:30 onwards, the event will showcase 2 stages – The Warehouse and The Vault, with a veritable feast of music on show.
