The Lan Kwai Fong Association joined hands with the Central Police District and the Lan Kwai Fong Community to celebrate the “Lan Kwai Fong Guardian Charter” Annual Ceremony & Awards Presentation for the second year of the program. Acting Chief Superintendent Mr. TSE Ming-yeung Peter, District Commander of Central District and Dr. Allan Zeman, the Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Association kicked off the ceremony. Awards were presented to tenants and restaurant & bar employees to commend their efforts in making Lan Kwai Fong a safe, orderly and pleasant entertainment mecca for visitors.
