Porterhouse will host a special evening on November 13, featuring a unique “Sip & Savor” cocktail pairing experience. Guests can indulge in three exclusive cocktails, each available for HK$128, including the Chili Crab Donut made with lao gan ma and yuzu and Surf 'n' Turf Wagyu Beef Tartare with sesame leaf, oyster mayo, and wonton chips. This special event will not only highlight Luca’s cocktail creations but will also include premium spirits from Telford Grands, such as Botanist, Bruichladdich, and Glenfiddich. The combination of carefully crafted cocktails and high-quality spirits promises a tasting experience that attendees won’t want to miss.
The following night, BACI will continue the celebration with its own lineup of exclusive cocktails from 9 PM to midnight, priced at HK$138 each, such as the Prawn Toast with sesame, aioli, and tobiko, and the Son-in-Law Eggs featuring tomato chili jam and tamarind glaze.
