Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s biggest outdoor music and arts festival, has announced its first wave of acts for this year’s highly anticipated event.
Taking place from November 29 to December 1, 2024, at Central Harbourfront, the festival promises to deliver an electrifying weekend filled with world-class performances.
Headliners and Notable Acts
This year's lineup is headlined by rock legend Jack White, who will make his long-awaited Hong Kong debut on Sunday night. Known for his work with The White Stripes and The Raconteurs, White will bring a triumphant conclusion to the festival. Air, the iconic French electronic duo, will take the stage on Friday, performing their classic album Moon Safari in its entirety. Saturday’s headliner is still to be announced, but the excitement is already palpable.
Additional acts include the critically acclaimed St. Vincent, trailblazing UK DJ/producer Jamie xx, and British psychedelic pop-rockers Glass Animals. With such a diverse lineup, fans can expect a rich tapestry of sounds and styles throughout the festival.
Ticketing Information
Tickets for Clockenflap will go on general sale at 11 AM on September 27, 2024. However, Hang Seng Credit Card holders can access priority booking starting September 24. Ticket prices remain consistent with previous years, with three-day General Admission tickets priced at HK$1,990 and single-day tickets at HK$1,280. Special rates for U18 attendees are also available.
The Lineup
The festival continues its tradition of showcasing a mix of local and international talent. This year’s lineup features an exciting array of artists from Japan, including the magnetic hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts, enigmatic J-Pop vocalist yama, and the intricate post-rock band toe.
Regional acts will also shine, with performances from Taiwanese indie favorites Deca Joins and Thai singer-songwriter Violette Wautier.
Electronic Music Highlights
Clockenflap has always been a haven for electronic music lovers, and this year is no exception. The festival will host renowned DJ/producer A-Trak, alongside Australia's Partiboi69 and UK’s Yung Singh, ensuring the dance floor stays vibrant all weekend long.
