2. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, or other merchandise and is non-refundable.

4. This offer is valid for dine-in only; and subject to 10% service charge based on the regular price. 
5. One offer can be used per table per transaction only. 
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with private or corporate functions, banquets, deliveries and takeaways (including unfinished portion of food items ordered). 
7. This offer does not apply to public holidays, special occasions and dates specified by respective merchants, please contact merchants for details.

9. Advanced reservation is required, cardholder has to quote this offer at the time of reservation or before ordering. 
10. The Promotion shall be terminated immediately upon closure of merchant outlets. 
11. Full payment by the cardholders for entitlement to any Offers must be made with Fubon Visa Infinite Card (for all outlets), Fubon Visa Platinum, Fubon
    Ambassador Visa Platinum, Fubon Mastercard Platinum and Fubon Mastercard Titanium(for Hanagushi Yakitori, Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine, Cassio,
    Dalloyau). 
12. The use of any eligible Fubon Visa Infinite Card/ Fubon Visa
    Platinum Card / Fubon Ambassador Visa Platinum Card / Fubon Mastercard Platinum
    / Fubon Mastercard Titanium are governed by the terms and conditions of Fubon
    Bank VISA / MasterCard Cardholder Agreement and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by Fubon Bank.  Participating merchants reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) is not the food supplier or service provider of the relevant merchant offers and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant food suppliers or service providers. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the food, services or information provided by the food suppliers or service providers, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the food, services or information provided by the food suppliers or service providers. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said food, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant food suppliers or service providers. 
14. In case of any dispute, the matters are subjected to the final decision of the Bank and participating merchants.
