Get ready for a historic showdown as the WSF Men’s and Women’s World Team Championships take place concurrently for the first time from December 9-15 at the Hong Kong Football Club! This prestigious event, held biennially since 1967 for men and 1979 for women, promises thrilling matches featuring top teams, including reigning champions from Egypt.

Tournament Format

All 26 Men’s and 23 Women’s competing teams will be fighting to unseat the undisputed North African squash powerhouse Egypt, current holders of both men’s and women’s titles.

Contested between a team of three players and a reserve, in each round teams face each other in a best-of-three singles matches contest.

There will be 5 pools for Women and 8 pools for Men. After the pool stage, this becomes a morand draw, a multi-match draw format whereby all countries continue to play, win or lose through to a final finishing position.

Sun 8th - Opening ceremony at HKFC football pitch (FREE Entry)

Mon 9th - Pool match day 1 (People's Monday, FREE entry)

Tues 10th - Pool match day 2 (Squash Courts 1-7 and Sportshall)

Wed 11th - Last 16 (Squash Courts 1-7 and Sportshall)

Thurs 12th - Quarter Finals (Showcase Pavillion), Playoffs (Squash Courts 1-7 and Sportshall)

Fri 13th - Semi Finals (Showcase Pavillion), Playoffs (Squash Courts 1-7 and Sportshall)

Sat 14th - Semi Finals (Showcase Pavillion), Playoffs (Squash Courts 1-7 and Sportshall)

Sun 15th - Finals and and Closing ceremony (Showcase Pavillion), Playoffs (Squash Courts 1-7 and Sportshall)
