June 15 marks the anticipated return of the Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony performed by our chefs where they will skillfully carve a 70kg+ bluefin tuna fresh from Nagasaki, Japan, followed by an 8-course tasting menu and magic show to ensure you a delightful and entertaining evening!
