Meet the Monsters

1. Campaign Period

• The Promotion runs from 14 October 2026 to 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Campaign Period"), unless earlier terminated, suspended, extended or shortened by Lan Kwai Fong Group in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any Blind Pack, Flash Card, or offer obtained is only valid for redemption within the Campaign Period unless otherwise stated on the card or by Lan Kwai Fong Group in writing.

2. Eligibility

• Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements or who Lan Kwai Fong reasonably believes has acted in breach of these Terms.

3. How to Participate

• During the Campaign Period, Guests who spend at a participating outlet (each a "Participating Outlet") may receive a Blind Pack, subject to the specific spending threshold, availability, and conditions set by that Participating Outlet.
• Each Blind Pack contains three (3) randomly assigned Flash Card representing one of twelve (12) possible characters (the "Characters"). The specific Character received is random and cannot be selected, guaranteed, exchanged for a different Character, or predicted in advance.
• The list of Participating Outlets, and the specific spending thresholds or conditions each Participating Outlet applies, may change at any time during the Campaign Period without prior notice. The most current list is maintained on this webpage, but Lan Kwai Fong Group does not guarantee this list will be exhaustive or continuously up to date at every moment.
• Blind Packs are limited in availability and are issued while stocks last.Lan Kwai Fong Group and Participating Outlets are not obliged to provide a Blind Pack if stock has been exhausted, and no compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

4.  Flash Card Offers

• Each Flash Card corresponds to an offer (each a "Card Offer") as described on the card or on this webpage at the relevant time.
• Certain Card Offers are redeemable only at specific Participating Outlets as identified on this webpage. It is the Guest's responsibility to check which outlets accept a given Card Offer before attempting redemption. Lan Kwai Fong is not responsible for any Card Offer being unavailable at an outlet not listed as accepting that specific offer.
• Card Offers are subject to the following unless otherwise stated: (a) valid only within the Campaign Period; (b) one redemption per card, per guest, per outlet visit; (c) not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, promotions or privileges unless expressly stated; (d) not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other item, in whole or in part; (e) subject to the relevant Participating Outlet's own operating terms, availability, and house rules.
• Lan Kwai Fong is not the operator of any Participating Outlet and is not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or fulfilment of any product or service provided by a Participating Outlet in connection with a Card Offer. Any dispute regarding the fulfilment of a Card Offer at a specific outlet should be raised directly with that outlet.
• Physical possession of the relevant Flash Card, or such other proof as Lan Kwai Fong or the Participating Outlet may reasonably require, may be required at the time of redemption.

5. Main Character Collection & Grand Prize Eligibility

• Six (6) of the twelve (12) Characters are designated "Main Characters." Guests who collect all six (6) Main Character Flash Cards during the Campaign Period may be eligible to redeem the Grand Prize, subject to these Terms.
• The Grand Prize is: one (1) stay of two (2) nights at Andara Resort & Villas, Phuket, Thailand, for two (2) guests, subject to the further conditions in Clause 7 below (the "Grand Prize").

6. Grand Prize Redemption Process

• To claim the Grand Prize, a Guest must submit a redemption request via the official redemption form on this webpage, providing: (a) their full name; (b) a valid email address; (c) a contact number (optional but recommended); and (d) photographic proof of all six (6) Main Character Flash Cards in their possession.
• All Grand Prize redemption requests must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days after the end of the Campaign Period, i.e. by 7 November 2026, 23:59 Hong Kong time. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be honoured.
• Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to request the physical presentation of the six (6) Main Character Flash Cards, and/or additional identification or proof of purchase, before confirming any Grand Prize redemption.
• Submission of a redemption request does not guarantee entitlement to the Grand Prize. Lan Kwai Fong Group will verify each submission and will notify successful claimants via the email address provided within a reasonable time after the close of the redemption window.

7. Grand Prize Terms, Conditions & Exclusions

• The Grand Prize is subject to availability at Andara Resort & Villas and to blackout dates as determined by Andara Resort & Villas at its sole discretion. Travel dates must be mutually agreed and confirmed in advance, and Lan Kwai Fong Group does not guarantee availability for any specific date requested by the winner.
• The Grand Prize does not include, unless expressly stated otherwise: flights or other transportation to or from Phuket, Thailand; travel insurance; visa or passport costs; airport transfers; meals, spa treatments or other resort services not expressly included; incidental charges at the resort; or any other cost not expressly stated as included.
• The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part, save at Lan Kwai Fong Group's sole discretion.
• Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, in whole or in part, with an alternative prize of comparable value if the originally described Grand Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to changes by Andara Resort & Villas.
• The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any visas, travel documents, or other requirements necessary for travel, and for their own conduct and safety while travelling and staying at the resort. Lan Kwai Fong Group and Andara Resort & Villas accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the winner's travel or stay, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• Any additional guests accompanying the winner, and any additional nights, upgrades or services beyond those expressly included in the Grand Prize, are at the winner's own cost.

8. Verification, Fraud & Disqualification

• Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the right, at any time, to verify the authenticity of any Flash Card, Blind Pack, photographic submission, or redemption request, and to request additional supporting information from any Guest.
• Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the right to disqualify any Guest, and to withhold, withdraw or reclaim any Card Offer or the Grand Prize, if it reasonably believes that: (a) a Flash Card or photographic submission is counterfeit, altered, duplicated, or obtained through improper means; (b) a Guest has engaged in fraud, abuse of the Promotion mechanic, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion; or (c) these Terms have otherwise been breached.
• Lan Kwai Fong Group's decision on any question of authenticity, eligibility, or entitlement under the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decisions save as required by law.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

• Personal data collected through the Grand Prize redemption form (including name, email address, contact number, and any uploaded images) will be used by Lan Kwai Fong Group solely for the purposes of: (a) verifying eligibility for the Grand Prize; (b) contacting successful claimants to arrange redemption; and (c) coordinating fulfilment of the Grand Prize with Andara Resort & Villas.
• Personal data necessary for fulfilling the Grand Prize (such as the winner's name and contact details) may be shared with Andara Resort & Villas solely for the purpose of arranging the winner's stay.
• Lan Kwai Fong Group will handle all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and LKF's own privacy policy.
• By submitting a redemption request, the Guest consents to the collection, use, and limited disclosure of their personal data as described in this Clause 9.

10. General Conditions

• Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, shorten or terminate the Promotion, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including technical, operational, or legal reasons.
• Lan Kwai Fong Group is not responsible for any technical failure, malfunction, delay, or error in the operation of this webpage, the redemption form, or any related third-party service, nor for any lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected submissions arising from such causes.
• Images, artwork, and character depictions used in connection with this Promotion are for illustrative and thematic purposes only and may not represent the actual appearance of any prize, venue, or offer.
• These Terms are in addition to, and do not override, the specific terms of use, house rules, or conditions of sale of any individual Participating Outlet.
• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• These Terms are available in English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lan Kwai Fong Group, its officers, employees, agents, and the Hong Kong Tourism Board shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to participation in the Promotion, any Card Offer, or the Grand Prize, save to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
