BRAZA serves sumptuous lunch, brunch and dinner buffets featuring exotic Brazilian delicacies and fresh salads, yet our speciality is a wide variety of different cuts of meat, including Picanha, chicken and seafood in succession, sliced and served right at your table. Churrascaria is the word for a steakhouse that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio, the method of serving different cuts of meat. This concept of grilled meat carved from sword-like skewers at the diner's table, originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800's and is exclusive to BRAZA, Hong Kong's one and only Brazilian Churrascaria that conveys mood, sets the right tone to magically teleport you into the heart of the land that time forgot Brazil.
