Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher Validity
a. The cash voucher is validon from January 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025 .
b. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
2. Redemption
a. Vouchers can only be redeemed at Xtreme Lashes Hong Kong LKF, Central locations.
2. To redeem, present the voucher during check out or booked and informed if voucher will be used at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Redeemed for Xtreme Lashes consumer/ retail product & services, including e-certificate.
3. Booking Notice
a. Vouchers can only be used for appointments booked at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Non-Refundable
a. Cash vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Discount Application
a. The voucher discount applies only to the Standard Retail Price (SRP) of retail products and Xtreme’s services.
b. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions or discounts.
6. Blackout Dates
a. Vouchers cannot be used or booked for salon services 14 days before Chinese Lunar New Year.
b. Vouchers cannot be used or booked for salon services 14 days before Easter Holiday.
7. Product Purchases
a. Maximum of 3 SKUs per person for product purchases.
b. Total cash voucher amount cannot exceed HKD 50,000.
8. Minimum Spend
a. A minimum spend of [Insert Amount] is required to use the voucher.
9. Appointment Cancellation
a. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the voucher & booking deposit.
10. Changes to Terms
a. Xtreme Lashes Hong Kong reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
