The first ever mixed football tournament with international and local legends in Hong Kong history, and the first large-scale football friendly match after the pandemic, “International Football Masters Cup 2024” will be held on 20th January, 2024.
“Owen All Stars” and “Scholes Legends” are formed with over twenty international football legends, join together with local football stars. The exhibition match includes three 30-minute sessions.
European Footballer of the Year Michael Owen and former Manchester United star Paul Scholes will join together with FIFA World Player of the Year Luis Figo, FIFA World Cup Champion and Brazilian national team player Gilberto Silva and former England national team player Steve McManaman, etc.
Representing Hong Kong, local football legends such as Lau Wing Yip, Lee Kin Wo, Chiu Chung Man, and Leslie George Santos will showcase their skills, promoting exchanges between the local and international football communities.
