As a celebration of Thailand's annual New Year, Songkran is known as “the biggest water fight in the world”, symbolizing the washing away of bad luck and welcoming a fresh start. 2015 saw the introduction of Songkran Music Festival (S20) in Bangkok, making a splash to both locals and international travellers thanks to its powerful stage design, line-up of world-renowned and local DJs as a one-of-a-kind music event. The music fest will be held at Central Harbourfront Event Space from Aug. 5-6 with Central's towering skyscrapers and the iconic Victoria Harbour as its dazzling backdrop. Expect to immerse yourself in a world of music, water, and lights and leave with unforgettable memories.

S20s festival regional tour positions itself as one of the biggest celebrations happening in the region this year. 30 Acts, Two Stages

The S2O fest will set up two stages for the crowd, namely the "PayMe presents S2O Stage" and the non-water splashing "Summer Beats Stage."

Expect performances from some of the world's top 100 DJs, international DJs, as well as Taiwanese, Thai, and local hitmakers. Just some of the artists you should look forward to are Canadian electronic dance music duo Adventure Club, Ireland's DJ Ben Nicky, "Father of Dutch EDM" Nicky Romero, "God of PsyTrance" Vini Vici, American electronic music duo Breathe Carolina, and Hong Kong’s very own iLtik, Yaat, and Karlie Chui, among other international stars.

DJ Alesso, the Swedish superstar behind hits like "Heroes," "If I Lose Myself," "Calling (Lose My Mind)," and "Under Control," among many others, will be the closing headline act of the fest's second day.
